How do I place an order?
Add products to your cart and click "Buy Now" or "Order via WhatsApp". Your order details are sent directly to our team on WhatsApp, and we confirm price, stock and delivery within minutes during business hours.
Do you deliver all over Pakistan?
Yes. We deliver across Lahore and ship nationwide to all major cities including Karachi, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan, Gujranwala and Peshawar through trusted courier services.
Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available?
Yes, Cash on Delivery is available on most orders. Bank transfer, JazzCash and Easypaisa are also accepted.
Do Brightway LED products come with a warranty?
Most Brightway LED lights carry a 1-year replacement warranty against manufacturing defects. Warranty does not cover physical damage, water damage or burning due to over-voltage. Please keep your box and invoice.
Do you offer wholesale or bulk pricing?
Yes. Electricians, contractors, builders and retailers get special trade pricing on bulk orders. Message us on WhatsApp with your quantity list for a quotation.
Which LED wattage should I choose for my room?
As a guide: 6–12W for bedrooms and washrooms, 18–24W for lounges and kitchens, and 36W+ panels or 40–50W bulbs for offices, halls and shops. Our team can recommend the right products for your space.
Are Brightway lights suitable for voltage fluctuation and UPS?
Our LED products are designed for AC 220–240V supply with stable drivers that perform reliably on UPS and inverter systems commonly used in Pakistan.
How long does delivery take?
Orders within Lahore are usually delivered in 1–2 working days. Other cities typically take 2–5 working days depending on location.
Can I return or exchange a product?
Unused products in original packaging can be exchanged within 7 days of delivery. Defective items are replaced under warranty after inspection.
